1. Giới thiệu bộ toolkits:
Bộ công cụ “Quản lý Vận chuyển Quốc tế (International Transportation Management Toolkits)” được thiết kế nhằm giúp doanh nghiệp quản lý toàn diện hoạt động vận tải xuyên biên giới – bao gồm lập kế hoạch, lựa chọn nhà cung cấp dịch vụ vận chuyển, kiểm soát chi phí, theo dõi hiệu suất, tuân thủ quy định quốc tế và cải tiến liên tục. 4. Nguyên tắc sử dụng:
- Toàn bộ biểu mẫu mang mã code “ITM” thống nhất để dễ tra cứu và quản lý.
- File .docx được sử dụng cho các quy trình, biểu mẫu, báo cáo, hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ.
- File .xlsx dùng cho bảng dữ liệu, kế hoạch, phân tích chi phí, KPI và theo dõi hiệu suất.
- Các phần có thể triển khai độc lập hoặc kết hợp theo chuỗi quy trình logistics toàn cầu.
- Cập nhật định kỳ dữ liệu, theo dõi hiệu quả và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn vận chuyển quốc tế (IATA, IMO, Incoterms).

5. Hướng dẫn triển khai trong doanh nghiệp:
- Bước 1: Rà soát quy trình vận chuyển quốc tế hiện có và xác định điểm cần cải tiến.
