1. Giới thiệu bộ toolkits:
Bộ công cụ “Lean trong Quản trị Tồn kho (Lean in Inventory Management Toolkits)” được thiết kế nhằm giúp doanh nghiệp áp dụng các nguyên tắc Lean để tối ưu hóa dòng chảy hàng hóa, giảm thiểu lãng phí (Muda), tăng độ chính xác tồn kho và cải thiện hiệu quả vận hành chuỗi cung ứng.
